What OGO simulates
OGO simulates the diagnostic and coordination path using approved guides. The simulator makes the sequence of decisions visible:

OGO also does not connect to or act on the production system through its guided core. It presents approved commands and evidence requests, but the authorized operator remains responsible for command review, execution, site procedure, change control, and final accountability.

No. OGO helps teams structure, preserve, and share their reasoning. Engineers, administrators, specialists, and authorized operators retain technical judgment and accountability.
Is OGO an automated fixer?
No. OGO does not automatically repair infrastructure or claim that a suggested path is a proven root cause. It guides evidence collection and identifies the closest supported action, containment path, validation step, or escalation route.
Is OGO another ticket system?
No. A ticket records and routes work. OGO focuses on the reasoning between the first signal and the evidence-backed operating decision. Its result may be attached to a ticket, escalation, handoff, or incident record.
Does OGO connect to production?
Not through the local guided core. OGO does not require SSH, a management-controller connection, a fleet console, a production monitoring integration, or a remote execution agent.
What should a user bring first?
Only the first usable signal: an alert, ticket summary, operator observation, log excerpt, command result, or selected known guide. OGO should then ask for one discriminating piece of evidence at a time—not require a large intake before returning value.

The strongest version of OGO is not an automated fixer and not another ticket system. It is a shared incident-reasoning surface that turns the first signal into the next evidence request and progressively assembles a safe, owned, reusable resolution path.
