OGO POD applicants can review an agreement PDF before submission and download the completed signed agreement immediately after a successful request.

Before submission
The Consent step enables Preview PDF and Download draft only after:
- all required access boundaries are acknowledged;
- the application and review consent is acknowledged;
- the accuracy confirmation is acknowledged; and
- the typed signer name matches the legal name.
The preview is marked PREVIEW - NOT YET SUBMITTED. Generating it does not submit the request or grant access.
After submission
The success surface provides:
- View signed PDF;
- Download signed PDF; and
- the assigned OGO agreement document reference.
The private applicant link is signed with OGO_APP_SECRET, expires after seven days, is not indexed, and is returned only to the browser that completed the submission. The owner copy remains available through the authenticated OGO Admin console.
Access boundary
The agreement PDF records the applicant's acknowledgements. It does not approve the request, send a GitHub invitation, or grant repository access. Approval and GitHub invitations remain manual owner actions.
