01 · Terms of use

Using the public OGO™ experience

The hosted experience is an operating and simulation surface, not production authorization.

By accessing or using the OGO™ website, Studio, public documentation, public repository, examples, or downloadable public materials, you agree to these Terms. When you do not agree, do not use the service.

Public experience
The hosted OGO™ experience may be explored without an OGO account. Availability of the hosted experience does not grant access to the complete private source repository, private releases, local installers, restricted guides, or contribution workspace.
Operating boundary
OGO™ guides evidence collection, fault-boundary reasoning, owner routing, safety review, validation, simulation, and handoff. It does not remotely execute production changes, authorize changes, replace local policy, or replace accountable owners.
Professional judgment
Outputs, classifications, guides, AI-assisted summaries, dossiers, simulations, and suggested next moves must be reviewed by qualified people with authority over the relevant environment.
02 · OGO™ POD

Private Open Development participation

Source access is reviewed, scoped, and governed rather than automatically distributed.

OGO™ Private Open Development—OGO™ POD—is the verified participation model for approved contributors, individual adopters, organization adopters, researchers, educators, and commercial-review applicants.

  • Submitting an application does not create a right to repository, local-copy, adoption, contribution, or commercial access.
  • The owner may review identity, organization, intended use, participation path, requested scope, agreement acknowledgements, and GitHub username.
  • Approved repository invitations are sent manually. No GitHub invitation is automatic.
  • Access may be limited by person, organization, repository role, purpose, duration, or review date.
  • Access may be declined, suspended, reduced, or revoked when the approved scope, security boundary, agreement, or participation expectations are not maintained.
Separate agreement controls. When an applicant signs an OGO™ POD agreement or another written source-access, evaluation, contribution, research, organization, or commercial agreement, that signed agreement controls the approved private-source relationship. If it conflicts with this public page, the signed agreement controls for that access.
03 · Acceptable use

Protect the system, the community, and real environments

The public experience may not be used to bypass authorization, safety, or protected-source boundaries.

You agree not to use OGO™ to:

  • Access systems, accounts, repositories, data, or environments without authorization.
  • Treat a simulation, guide, AI response, dossier, or suggested action as automatic authorization to change production.
  • Upload passwords, private keys, access tokens, customer secrets, regulated data, or confidential incident evidence unless you are authorized and the selected workflow is approved for that information.
  • Interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, evade rate limits, submit fraudulent applications, impersonate another person, or misrepresent organizational authority.
  • Copy, scrape, redistribute, sublicense, resell, publicly host, or productize protected OGO™ source, private guides, features, flows, architecture, or repository materials outside an approved written scope.
  • Use OGO™, Oprynta™, their marks, designs, or public recognition records to imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or authorization that has not been granted in writing.
04 · Ownership

Public access does not transfer protected rights

Public materials and private source access carry different permissions.

OGO™, Oprynta™, associated names, logos, visual identity, protected source, private guides, product flows, architecture, documentation, and other materials remain owned by their respective rights holder. Public availability does not transfer ownership.

  • Public repository materials may be used only under the notice or license included with those specific materials.
  • Private repository and local-copy permissions are defined by the applicant's approved OGO™ POD scope and signed agreement.
  • Feedback may be reviewed and used to improve OGO™. A contribution is not accepted or merged until it passes the applicable review and contribution process.
  • Contributor credit, adopter recognition, names, and logos are displayed publicly only when permission has been granted.
05 · Optional AI

AI may assist language; it does not control production

Deterministic guides retain authority over approved branches, commands, and safety boundaries.

Optional AI features may help interpret operator language, explain approved commands, summarize selected evidence, or draft a coordination brief. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific environment.

  • Do not rely on AI output as a root-cause determination, change authorization, or substitute for evidence.
  • Do not submit secrets, credentials, private keys, regulated information, or confidential customer data unless you are authorized and understand the selected provider's processing terms.
  • When a user supplies a provider key or enables a server-side AI integration, the selected provider may process the submitted content under its own terms and privacy notice.
  • The deterministic local classifier and approved guide path remain available when optional AI is disabled or unavailable.
06 · Availability and risk

The service is provided without an operational guarantee

Complex environments require authorized people, local controls, and independent validation.

OGO™ and its public materials are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, suitable for a particular environment, or capable of preventing incidents, outages, loss, or harm.

You remain responsible for authorization, change control, backups, safety, evidence preservation, validation, compliance, and decisions made in or about your environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of OGO™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the service.

07 · Privacy notice

The service collects only the information needed to provide the experience, protect it, and manage requested participation.

Information you provide

  • Access-application information such as legal and preferred name, email, country, organization, role, GitHub username, participation path, intended use, technology interests, expected users, contribution interests, and recognition preference.
  • Agreement information such as agreement type and version, acknowledgement selections, typed legal-name signature, submission time, document reference, and organization-authority confirmation when applicable.
  • Messages, support requests, security reports, feedback, contribution materials, or other information you choose to send.
  • Content entered into optional AI or simulation features when you choose to use them.

Information processed automatically

  • Limited request, device, browser, network, timing, and security information needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, enforce request limits, and protect access records.
  • Deployment and service logs produced by hosting, cloud, database, authentication, and security providers.
  • Privacy-respecting aggregate usage information when such measurement is enabled.

How the information is used

  • Provide, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the public OGO™ experience.
  • Review OGO™ POD applications, verify intended scope, communicate with applicants, generate agreement records, manage repository status, and maintain an audit history.
  • Prevent fraud, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and resolve disputes.
  • Publish contributor or adopter recognition only when the person or organization has granted permission.
08 · Service providers

Limited processing by infrastructure providers

Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, complete requested workflows, protect rights, or comply with law.

OGO™ may use service providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, authentication, database storage, email or communications, repository access, document delivery, security, and optional AI processing. Current infrastructure may include Vercel and Google Firebase or Google Cloud. GitHub is used for manual repository invitations and participation.

  • Service providers receive information only as needed to perform their role.
  • Application information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Applicant information is not disclosed publicly unless the applicant grants recognition permission or disclosure is required by law.
  • Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and integrity of OGO™, applicants, users, or others.
09 · Retention and control

Keep what is needed; remove what no longer serves the purpose

Retention depends on application status, access governance, security, legal obligations, and active participation.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review an application, communicate with the applicant, maintain an agreement and access record, administer active or former participation, preserve audit and security history, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information. Requests may require identity verification, and some records may be retained when required for security, legal, agreement, or audit purposes.
